However, since Mitel purchased Inter-Tel, we are able to give our customers a direct digital interface for the Inter-Tel phone system, providing full recording on the station side with call detail. Recording with Inter-Tel is now as easy as recording with any other phone system. With our Inter-Tel recording solutions, you can record all calls, record on-demand, or record across your incoming trunks (T-1s).
