This integration also provides the ability to collect business data that is critical to your business.  What if you want to search calls your center has taken for a specific client.  With our system you can search calls by Client ID.  This Client ID is in addition to the already provided date, time, call length, agent name, team, agent login ID, comment, and more.  This data makes it easy to find the specific all you’re looking for. 

You can even provide your clients the ability to access your recording system via a Web interface and only search/replay their calls only from their office.  This is a powerful feature and a great selling point over your competitors.
