The CRC VoIP Call Recording Solution

For buinesses of any size utilizing VoIP telephony, we recommend CRCVoIP , the most complete VoIP voice/data call recording, logging, and management system available anywhere.

The Best Choice for VoIP Call Recording

CRCVoIP is the leading VoIP call recording and monitoring solutions for businesses using IP and IP-enabled telephone systems. CRCVoIP uses the first packet-based technology to record and monitor VoIP calls.

CRC VoIP Advantages

  • CRC VoIP is completely software-based, making it significantly less expensive and complex than many competitive solutions.
  • Since voice traffic is packetized, calls can be captured at the data switch. This packet sniffing technology is 40%-50% less expensive than legacy solutions using telephony cards and doesn t interfere with the phone system or the data network. Packet sniffing technology makes IP call recording and call monitoring completely unobtrusive.
  • Easy to install and maintain. Typically installs in two to five hours. No punch-downs, cross-connects or telephony cards required.
  • Requires no physical integration with the IP PBX.
  • CRC VoIP typically requires little to no maintenance. It is managed and maintained like any other software program and resides on a standard Windows-based server.

CRC VoIP Recording Features

CRC VoIP includes many advanced features designed to easily record and monitor VoIP telephone calls at single or multi-site locations.

  • Real-Time Call Recording and Monitoring - Listen to phone calls in real-time even from remote locations.
  • Multi-Media Add-On - Allows managers to hear what is said on the telephone and see what is occurring on the computer - all in real-time!
  • Look-Back Call Recording - Start recording at any time in a call to capture the entire call.
  • Recording Triggers - Automatically trigger call recording by user name, caller ID number and name, percent of inbound/outbound calls, area code, prefix, suffix and wildcards.
  • Multiple Recording Options - Record VoIP calls on an ad-hoc basis by simply clicking a button on the client or the phone, or by using automatic triggers.
  • Flag Calls - Save detailed information on every recorded call, including call description/notes and a flagged name or value. Flagging calls allows managers to search by flagged values, making it easier to find only the calls they need.
  • Searching - Find specific recordings quickly and easily using multiple search criteria including time and date, user name, inbound number, caller ID name, phone number, flagged name or value, and recording group.
  • Multi-Level Security - Flexible security rights allow administrators to assign monitoring, recording and playback rights on a per user basis.
  • Multi-Site Recording - Record/monitor VoIP telephone calls at remote locations, all from one user interface.
  • Scalability - You won't outgrow CRCVoIP. Adding additional users to CRCVoIP is as simple as applying a new key code. No forklift upgrades required.

CRCVoIP Components

CRC VoIP is unique: it uses packet sniffing technology to record and monitor VoIP calls. CRC VoIP accesses audio packets via port mirroring on the data switch to which the IP PBX is connected. Every audio packet that goes to/from the IP PBX is copied to CRC VoIP which then reassembles the packets, and compresses and stores the recorded VoIP call for later retrieval.

The CRCVoIP Server coordinates all call recording and monitoring and provides call storage. Stored call files utilize 1kb per second. The Server also includes SQL database software. The CRC VoIP Client is for managers, system administrators and others who configure how telephone activity will be recorded.

The CRC VoIP Client is used to add users, retrieve calls, monitor calls in real-time, and administer CRC VoIP. While the Client can be installed on any computer in the network, it is typically installed on administrators and managers computers

The CRC VoIP Data Collector is designed for multi-site deployments. CRC VoIP leverages a customer s IP infrastructure by using a central server for VoIP call storage, admin, playback, etc. and using Data Collectors to record and monitor agents at remote sites. Remote sites require their own local dial tone and trunking.

Software Licensing

  • CRC VoIP is licensed on a per user basis.
  • All software is included with license.

Installation / Training

  • Installation and training included in all quotes. This drives a predictable and successful installation and allows end users to hit the ground running with CRC VoIP.
  • Installation assistance is available via the web.
